I wasn’t really sure how the warranty process would go, but it was actually sorted out without any fuss. Straightforward in the end

My Fluke meter was acting kind of weird and not reading quite right, so I reached out through fluke.com to see what was going on. It took a bit to hear back, not super fast or anything, but the support person seemed to know his stuff.

He had me try a few basic checks and we eventually figured out it probably needed calibration. The response time could’ve been better, but overall it was a solid support experience

I picked up my meter from fluke.com, and the safety side is what I like most. The leads feel solid, the readings stay steady, and I don’t get that sketchy feeling using it around panels. It’s definitely not cheaaap, but I trust it way more than the old one I was using

the app connects well most of the time, and while it’s not perfect every single time I open it, it usually does what I need without much hassle so I can’t really complain too much...

It does feel legit overall, but when I reached out to support, they kind of dodged my questions... so I’m still not fully convinced.

I was looking for a replacement lead and battery cover for my fluke meter, and I thought it would be a quick job. The parts were listed on the site, which was a good start, but tracking down the exact ones for my model took more time than I expected.

A few items were out of stock, and some listings weren’t totally clear about compatibility, so I ended up checking other places just to make sure I wasn’t ordering the wrong thing. I was expecting it to be more straightforward, especially for something fairly specific like meter parts.

I did get everything sorted in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped, and it took a bit more effort than I thought it would.

I’ve used fluke tools at work for a while, and for the most part they do the job and read accurately. But one of my testers started giving slightly off readings after only a few months, which was frustrating. I reached out to support and they were okay, but the response was slow. For the price, I really expected better reliability, an apology for the hassle would’ve been appreciated. Still decent gear overall, just not as spot on as I hoped.

The meter works like it should and feels really well built. Typical fluke quality. But the body is a bit bulky if you’re using it for a while. Not the most comfortable in hand. The buttons are fine, though a little stiff when I’ve got gloves on. Overall, good tool. Just wish the ergonomics were better for the price

I sent my meter in for repair and ended up waiting weeks with barely any updates. I was counting on having it back in working order for a job I had planned, but when it finally came back, the same problem was still there. So not only was the repair a waste of time, it also messed up my schedule. Really frustrating experience.

I’ve used a few Fluke meters over the years, and they’ve usually been solid, which is why I felt a little misled this time. One unit I had felt great, but another one had buttons that were stiff and not nearly as smooth. It works fine, so I can’t really complain about the performance, but for the price I expected them to feel the same. Shipping was fine and the site was okay.

The pricing felt fair, fair for what you’re getting. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the quality makes it feel worth it. What I really liked was that there weren’t any weird, weird extra charges popping up at the end.

I did end up finding what I needed, but it took me a bit longer than I expected. Some of the manuals kinda jump from one thing to another, and there were a few terms thrown in without much explanation. Not awful or anything, just a little messy tbh and you have to dig around more than you shoudl

The case feels kind of cheap, and the buttons started getting loose quickly. I was expecting it to hold up better

I’ve dropped this meter more times than I can even remember, on the floor, in the garage, probably places I shouldn’t have, and somehow it just keeps working and still gives me solid readings like nothing ever happened.

Not gonna lie, I’m really happy with the Fluke meter I got from Fluke. I’m usually moving around a lot for jobs, and this thing is easy to toss in my bag without feeling bulky or taking up much space. Shipping was smooth too. Overall, it’s just a really handy tool to keep with me.

The product info was laid out clearly, and I didn’t have any trouble understanding the specs. It made it easier to feel confident about what I was looking at, which I really appreciated.

Ordered a meter from Fluke. Tracking was fine. Box showed up in good shape, right around when they said it would. No issues there. The only thing was the wait before it actually shipped. Took a couple days, so yeah, not exactly speedy. But once it got moving, everything went smoothly.

The tools work well and I haven’t really had any big issues using them, but the price feels a bit high for what it is and I keep going back and forth on whether it’s worth paying that much.

I bought this from fluke.com and it’s been solid so far. The screen is clear and easy to read, even out in my garage where the lighting isn’t the best. The numbers are big enough and don’t get blurry when I’m moving around. Only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the backlight could stay on a little longer. Overall, I’m happy with it tho.
